Barncoose Gateway
Barncoose Gateway Project will develop office, industrial and hybrid workspace at a site near the entrance of Barncoose Industrial Estate, Redruth.
Barncoose Gateway, construction begins
The development will consist of a gateway office building, industrial space, bespoke offices for Coastline Housing and a hybrid unit including office and manufacturing space. All the units will be constructed to high environmental sustainability standards.
Barncoose Units 6, 7 & 8
This investment will facilitate the relocation and expansion of Coastline Housing, a major local employer and provider of social housing both within Camborne Pool Redruth and throughout Cornwall.
