Business Collaboration Networks (YTKO Ltd)

This investment aims to encourage collaboration between high growth potential businesses operating in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly so businesses are able to come together to exploit opportunities that stimulate and accelerate economic growth.

Activities could include:

  • Market exploitation
  • Supply chain development
  • Sharing of best practice
  • Marketing and distribution channels
  • Environmental improvements
  • Access to accreditation to industry standards
  • Determination and promotion of collective capacity
  • Access to consultancy and mentoring to address issues of collaboration
  • Access to specialist training that benefits the collaboration but which is too specialist or niche to be covered by the ESF funded training provision
