Chenoweth Business Centre

The purpose of the project is to provide 5 modern, flexible, high quality business units on the Roseland Peninsula. The workspace will be available to rent by new and expanding businesses.

Designed to allow flexibility in use, the units will be suitable as studios, offices, workshops or a combination thus ensuring adaptability to the changing needs of businesses. The ability to install mezzanine flooring has been incorporated into the design adding the potential for increased floor space.

The project objectives include:-

  • The provision of 5 business units for higher quality, knowledge based small and micro businesses on the Roseland Peninsula, particularly its network of home workers.
  • Unlocking the economic potential of an under utilised brownfield site.
  • The provision of a catalyst for the creation of a hub for the Roseland Peninsula’s business community by encouraging new entrepreneurs to embrace home working and creating efficiencies for those already operating by providing services and networking.
  • The implementation of high standards of design commensurate with best practice and sustainable principles, including the achievement of a BREEAM rating of “Excellent”.
