Cornwall Business Park (Hallenbeagle Estates Ltd)

The ERDF Convergence Programme is investing in site clearance, roads and infrastructure to service the proposed Cornwall Business Park at Hallenbeagle, Scorrier.

The investment will deliver 35 acres of serviced employment land which will be divided into 23 serviced industrial plots, allowing for the future development of up to 336,000 sq ft of business space.

The site consists of two adjacent parcels of land situated on either side of the Penzance to Paddington mainline railway near Redruth.

Cross cutting themes

Cornwall Business Park will make use of previously developed land.  Measures have been explored to reduce landscape impact and the preservation of historic mine buildings during site preparation.  Sustainable construction materials will be used and, where possible, local goods and services.  The site preparation works will achieve a CEEQUAL rating equivalent to BREEAM “Excellent” standards.
