Cornwall Development Company Strategic Investment Framework Delivery Team (Cornwall Development Company)
This investment will support a team of staff, employed by Cornwall Development Company, to implement and deliver the six Strategic Investment Frameworks (SIFs) which outline potential Convergence investments in the following areas: St Austell, St Blazey and the Clay Area, Truro, Falmouth/Penryn, Newquay and St Columb Major, Bodmin, Penzance.
The team will consist of a Head of Strategic Investment Frameworks, four Area Co-ordinators and a Professional Services Team comprising property, transportation, environmental, design and planning specialists to ensure projects are developed with the minimum need for sub-contract services. Two and a half administrators will provide support services and a claims officers will undertake the financial administration.
The team’s activities will include leading the effective implementation of the SIFs, developing detailed implementation and delivery plans for each, working with partners to identify and develop suitable projects, monitoring spend and outputs and putting in place an evaluation framework for the SIFs.
