Cornwall Works for Learning Disabilities (Cornwall Council)
Cornwall Works for Learning Disabilities aims to provide support for people with learning disabilities to help them identify a route into employment based on their individual skills and aspirations.
Cornwall People First (CPF)is the first point of contact for anyone who would like to be involved in the project. Following an initial assessment participants are referred to one of the partner organisations who can help them enhance their skills, find work placements and job opportunities. The delivery organisations also work with families and carers so they can contribute positively to finding a route into work, and provide post-employment support for the employer, employee and family carer.
The Range receive a Cornwall Works WISE Award 2010
