Freestyle ELF - Extended Learner Fund (Cornwall Council)
The Extended Learner Fund will provide financial assistance for young people a range of target groups to make it possible for them to continue their learning.
Focussing on young people aged 14 to 19, the extended Learner Fund aims to help young people remain in education by providing support such as assistance with transport, equipment, clothing, training grants and learning materials.
This ESF Convergence investment is delivered by Truro and Penwith College, lead by Cornwall Council and co-financed by the Skills Funding Agency.
