Operational Evaluation Programme
The Convergence Programme Monitoring Committee has approved a joint ERDF Evaluation Strategy and Plan for 2007 – 2015. This strategy includes a strategic evaluation of the programme, two thematic evaluations, provision for a mid term assessment, and finally an overarching report bringing together the findings, lessons, impact and value for money assessment of ERDF funding in the region from 2007 – 2015.
This project will deliver a suite of thematic or major project evaluations at the operational level across the Convergence programme, which will contribute to a wider evaluation strategy covering Convergence, Competitiveness and South West RDA single pot programmes
