Public Sector Leadership and Management (Skills Funding Agency)

This programme will pump prime the development of a transformational leadership and management programme across the Public Sector within Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

It will be delivered via a strategic partnership which will deliver the shared vision to transform the public sector leadership potential in Cornwall & Isles of Scilly through the structured development and delivery of a suite of development solutions such as: demand led, bespoke, tailored, accredited and nonaccredited modules and qualifications.

Public sector employees including those in:

• Central Government (including government agencies)
• Local authoritiesThe armed forces
• NHS Trusts
• Public education sector. (which would include
  colleges)
