St Austell Printing Company Limited

The aim of the project is to contribute to the transformation of the economy of St Austell and the wider clay area of mid Cornwall by providing high quality workspace for new, existing and growing businesses to support the development of a modern knowledge based economy.

The objectives of the project are as follows:

To create 3,880sq m (gia) of modern bespoke employment space for the St Austell Printing Co Ltd (SAPC).

To support 35 existing high value FTE’s and create 20 gross new high value FTEs to be created by SAPC.

To create 1,300 sq m of flexible high quality speculative employment space, with potential to create 2,400 sq m.

To maximise the economic potential of the St Austell Enterprise Park, developing the penultimate plot and 0.84 ha of brownfield land

To deliver two BREEAM Excellent rated buildings

St Austell Print Company Limited has received £3,162,757 in ERDF investment matched by £3,162,757 of the company’s own investment.
