Treleigh Industrial Estate Plots 2 &5
The Treleigh Industrial Estate is situated 2 miles east of Redruth Town centre close to the junction of the A3047 and main A30 trunk. The estate is close to the Cardrew Industrial Estate which is one of the largest industrial estates in West Cornwall and includes major occupiers such as Rowe Holdings, Pall Corporation, Stralfors and Framehomes.
Treleigh Plots 2 & 5
Treleigh Industrial Estate has been developed over the past 10 years in various phases. In 2004 an additional area of 7 acres gross was serviced and remediated to provide development plateaus with Objective One Funding. Priority Sites have subsequently undertaken speculative industrial development on 2 plots and have further proposals in respect of Plots 1, 7 & 8 which now have the benefit of detailed planning approval and gap funding from SWRDA. Plots 2 and 5 provide two of the three remaining plots following the above properties and are situated adjacent to the main estate road (Jon Davey Drive) and are divided by a public footpath and an area of public open space which runs through the centre of the site.
