Programme Monitoring Committee

The Programme Monitoring Committee (PMC) is set up in accordance with the European regulations and has a key strategic role, alongside the Managing Authorities, in the implementation of the Convergence in satisfying itself of the quality and effectiveness of the implementation of Convergence.

The PMC is chaired by Government Office for the South West (GOSW), with secretariat provided by the South West RDA for ERDF and GOSW for ESF, and its membership is drawn from across the Partnership including the public, private and community sectors.

Partnership Delivery Board

The Partnership Delivery Board has been established by the PMC to help ensure the day-to day delivery of Convergence in relation to key investment streams and delivery methods. This work does not redefine Convergence but rather provides public sector cross-partner leadership.
